Home / Finishes
Physical vapour deposition bonds the finish to the steel, so every drain and grate in a finish matches — from shower to courtyard. Choose your tapware first, then match the drain to it.
01 · PVD finish
Brushed brass brings warmth into the space and pairs naturally with timber vanities, warmer stone or tile tones, and brass or gold tapware. It reads as more considered than a straight metallic finish, without the upkeep of polished brass.

02 · PVD finish
Brushed bronze is the deeper of the warm finishes. Like brass, it sits well with timber, warm stone and bronze or gold tapware, and gives a richer, darker line through the floor.

03 · PVD finish
Gun metal suits darker, industrial-leaning tapware and hardware. It is softer than black, so it works where a full black line would feel too strong against the tile.

04 · PVD finish
If your tapware, shower screen frame and accessories are matte black, a black drain keeps that hardware family consistent rather than introducing a silver line through the middle of the floor.

05 · 316 stainless steel
Brushed stainless is the most versatile choice. It sits comfortably with chrome, brushed nickel or stainless tapware, works in almost any bathroom style, and is the finish for the outdoor wedgewire range.

Care
Vinegar and other acidic or abrasive cleaning products should never be used on PVD-coated drains, including black, gun metal, brass and bronze. They strip or dull the coating over time and leave patchy discolouration that cannot be repaired.
Clean with warm water, a mild pH-neutral soap and a soft cloth.
